The purpose of the Project is the construction of a Mixed-up complex in Minsk within the boundaries of Filimonova street – Nezavisimosti avenue - Makaenka street (hereinafter referred to as MUC), and also the development of infrastructure ensuring its functioning, including engineering and transport infrastructure. The construction of the Mixed-up complex is a large-scale project carried out in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 153 dated 04/04/2013 and the Investment Contract No. 174 dated 05/02/2013.
